What is Bahamas Day Pass cancellation and refund policy?
Bahamas Day Passes are fully refundable up to 2 days prior to your sail date. Our day passes are also fully refundable if your cruise ship is not able to dock in that port during your cruise. All passes are valid rain or shine.
What if my ship misses the port?
No worries! Our day passes are fully refundable should your ship miss the port for any reason during the duration of your sailing.
What if my ship changes the visit date while I'm at sea?
Rest assured, if your cruise ship changes itineraries while you are sailing, your passes will be valid on the new date in port. Our resorts will look forward to welcoming you on the new arrival date!
Bahamas Day Pass offers resort passes for which islands?

Which cruise port is the Atlantis located?
The Atlantis Resort and Waterpark is only available for cruise ships docking in Nassau, Bahamas

Bahamas Day Pass has been an affiliated partner of the Atlantis Resort since 2015; offering cruise passengers the ability to pre-purchase Atlantis resort day passes for their upcoming sailing.
Do I have to be coming off a cruise ship to visit the resort?
Yes, Bahamas Day Pass is contracted to sell day passes exclusively to cruise passengers. A valid cruise line issued ID will be required upon check in. (You will receive a cruise ID upon boarding your sailing).
How can I pay for my day pass purchase?
Depending on the resort you select, you are either required to pay a small deposit or pay in full. The payment policy for each specific resort is outlined with the price of each day pass.
Can I use my credit card to pay the balance at the resort?
Yes, credit cards are accepted at the resorts for final payments. Some resorts are cashless and require a credit card for the balance due.
How far in advance should I buy my passes?
Space is very limited at our resorts. Book in advance to ensure your spot is secured.
How can I save money if I am part of a group?
We offer a discount to groups of 12 guests on many of our day pass options. Please check the group pricing information that is included on each day pass option on our site, or submit our group request form.
Do you Include transportation from the cruise pier?
Bahamas Day Pass does not include transportation. Taxi services are readily available at the cruise pier and accept US Cash. Our Nassau Resort Day Pass excursion options are all conveniently located less than a 20-minute taxi ride from the cruise pier.
Are child rates the same at all resorts?
Children's rates and age requirements vary depending on the resort you are visiting. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
I have young babies, are they complimentary?
Many resorts do have complimentary passes for infants & toddlers. Please visit the resort page to find our specific age requirements.
Are day pass excursions sold onboard my cruise ship?
No, our Day passes MUST be purchased online from Bahamasdaypass.com
Can I buy a resort pass at the port?
No, our Day Passes MUST be purchased online from Bahamasdaypass.com before checking in at the resort.
Must I print my pass or can I use my smartphone or tablet to check-in?
The resorts do require your printed pass for admission. If you do not have your printed pass, your check-in process will be delayed.
